The bottle you build before you buy
Where it started
Dozze sells the Seeker tumbler on its Shopify store. The bottle comes in a run of colours and can carry a name engraved on the metal, so almost no two orders are the same. Until May 2026 the product page showed it the way every store does: in photographs.
What got in the way
A photograph shows one colour, with no name on it. Every other combination lived in the buyer’s head, and a picture in the head does not go into the cart. A buyer who was not sure what their bottle would look like had two options: order and hope, or not order. So the question was simple. How does the buyer see their own bottle, in their own colour, with their own name on it, before they pay for it?
What we built
A configurator on the Seeker Tumbler product page, inside the store rather than next to it. The buyer picks the colour and watches the bottle change in place, types the engraving and sees it on the metal, then opens the same bottle in AR at real size on their own desk. The choice travels to the cart as an image of the exact configuration that was ordered, so the buyer and the store are looking at the same bottle.
How it works
Three things make it hold.
The colours are matched to photographs of the real product, not to values on a screen, so the bottle that arrives is the bottle that was configured.
Variants that are out of stock are hidden rather than offered and then refused, so the buyer never builds something the store cannot ship.
It runs on the Threedium platform and is wired into the live Shopify store, which is why it went from photographs to live in four weeks, and why small fixes after launch could go in the same day.

The Seeker now sells as a finished object, not a list of options. Buyers settle the colour and the engraving on the page, see the bottle in their own room and order with the picture already in their head, so the store answers fewer questions about how it will look. The configurator has been on the product page since 22 May 2026, and the founder says below what it does for the store.
