Questions
Short answers, with the numbers we can stand behind. Questions about one service live on that service's page.
01 · Before we start
A link to the product page, or photographs. From that we tell you what it takes, what it will weigh and how long it runs. To build, we need either CAD files or the product itself: if there is no CAD, we take photographs, or you send them, and we build from those plus the official measurements. For colour, a physical sample beats any screen value.
If it is a fit, yes. Send the product page and we build one product at our cost, so you can judge the work on your own product before you commit to anything. It is a working model, not a sketch: it turns, it loads on a phone, and it is yours if you go ahead.
We say the date with the quote. As a rule, a first product is a matter of days once the material is in, plus your review rounds. A series goes faster per piece, because the materials and the light setup are built once.
Yes, yours or ours. Several of the accounts we work on are under NDA and do not appear on this site.
02 · What you get
It is built to the sample, checked against it, and you sign off on stills before it ships. Real-time 3D in a browser is not a photograph and we do not call it one: we build as close to real as the browser allows. What a photograph cannot do, the model does: every angle, every variant, at true scale.
No. The photograph keeps its job: the mood, the campaign, the first three seconds. The model takes the part a photograph cannot answer: what is inside, how it opens, what the other colours look like, how big it really is.
Yes. Every 3D asset we deliver is built by hand by a modeller who has spent years learning to do it. We start from your existing photographs and your existing library, and we end with a file that matches the piece on your table.
GLB for the web, USDZ for iOS AR, and the source files: the Blender scene and the textures. Built in metres at 1:1, so AR shows the true size. One file serves the product page, the configurator, the scroll story and AR.
You do, from the day of delivery. There is no licence to renew and no platform you are tied to. The model works on your site, in AR, in the configurator, and in the next prototype your designers open.
03 · Speed, platforms, upkeep
We measure this on every model. On a 50 Mbps connection our leather bag adds 0.28 seconds to the page, our aluminium suitcase 0.29, our ring 0.39, our bottle 0.08. Upholstered furniture is heavier, about one second. The model loads alongside the rest of the page and only when the section is in view.
Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce and Salesforce Commerce, and custom stacks through an API. Your developers can do the last step themselves with our documentation, or we do it.
No. iPhone opens the model in Quick Look and Android in Scene Viewer, both already on the phone. On a desktop the button shows a QR code for the variant on screen.
No. One price for the work. The models can live on your site or on ours at no charge. Maintenance, for new products and platform updates, is optional and agreed per year; you can stop it without losing anything.
04 · Price
One price per product, by category and complexity, quoted after we see the piece. No licence, no monthly fee. A material or colour is built once and reused across every model after it, so a range gets cheaper as it grows. From ten models we arrange a volume discount.
One price for the build, with options that are different scopes, never different levels of quality. The quote is valid for 14 days; after that the price holds and the start date moves. Every proposal says what it asks of your team, in hours.
Yes. For teams that need production capacity rather than a single product, there is a separate page: Partner with Teatika, with the ways of working and the rate card.
