The preview matches the workshop
Fonts, positions, depth and character limits are set by what your workshop can actually make. If the machine engraves twelve characters, the customer cannot type thirteen.
Service 06 of 06
The customer sees their initials on the leather at the right size and depth, and orders without wondering how it will come out.

What your customer does
Types the initials, picks the font and the position, sees them on the leather at the right depth and size, and orders. What they saw is what your workshop makes.
What you get
01
Fonts, positions, depth and character limits are set by what your workshop can actually make. If the machine engraves twelve characters, the customer cannot type thirteen.
02
What the customer sees goes to the order as a spec line: the text, the font, the position, the colour. Your workshop reads it; nobody transcribes an email.
03
A company uploads its logo and sees it on the bottle, the notebook or the bag, in the print zone you allow. The same preview works for a gift of one and an order of five hundred.

How it is built
01
We sit with the person who runs the workshop: which fonts, which zones, how deep, how many characters, what is refused. The preview is only as honest as this list.
02
The product built in 3D with the engraving zones defined on it, so text sits on the surface at the right depth, not painted over it.
03
The text field, the font picker, the position, in your store's typography, wired to the order.
04
Every font, every zone, the longest allowed text, on a phone. Then live, with us on call for the first weeks.

Questions we get before the first model
Anything you already personalise by hand or by machine: leather goods, bottles and drinkware, notebooks, jewellery, luggage tags. If your workshop can make it, the page can show it.
Yes, as they type, on the model, at the size and depth it will be engraved. They can turn the piece and look at it from the side, which no mock-up image allows.
Yours. Character count, fonts, zones, depth, characters your machine cannot cut. The customer sees only what can be made, and the order never contains a request the workshop has to refuse.
It gets the spec line with every order: text, font, position, colour. Where the machine needs a file, a vector or a print file, we generate that too.
Yes. Colour, material and engraving are one flow on the same model. The customer picks the oxblood leather and sees the gold initials on it, then puts that exact piece in their room in AR.
