Which platforms do you work with?
Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce and Salesforce Commerce, and custom stacks through an API. If your store runs on something else, we look at it during the blueprint and tell you what it takes.
Can our developers integrate it themselves?
Yes. We deliver the section, the files and documentation written for a developer who has never seen our code. Many teams prefer to keep the last step in house; we stay available while they do it.
Do we pay hosting or a licence?
No. One price for the work. The models can live on your site or on ours at no charge. Maintenance is optional, agreed per year, and you can stop it without losing anything: the files are yours.
What happens when the platform updates?
The section is built the way the platform expects a section to be built, so most updates change nothing. When one does, maintenance covers it; without maintenance we quote the fix.
Can we see what customers do with the 3D?
Yes. Opens, turns, colour changes, AR launches and configurations added to the cart go to your analytics as events, next to the numbers you already watch.
What is a showroom tool?
A tablet in the salon with every model in every fabric, so the customer sees the sofa in the colour you do not have on the floor, and the salesperson sends them the link before they leave. For modular systems, a planner that lays the pieces out in the room's dimensions.
